STEPS TO BUILD MODEL SHIPS

All our products are handmade by skilled and experienced craftsmen. In particular, they are very knowledgeable about the history of each product . To complete a model ship, must through a lot different stages in the production process. We would like to introduce complete process of a product, as you can see in the following steps:

STEP 1: Select and prepare materials handling: wood is dried to the proper temperature before they are used, to ensure the products meet the highest standards of quality

 STEP 2: Images were simulated back follow original ship, fit with the rate requested by the client.

STEP 3: Design skeleton, and built the hull ship. We use the Double Plank-on-Bulkhead method to construct the hull of thodel. We do not use from ship model kits because it is mass produced and are rarely accurate.

STEP 4:  Handle part crude and smoothed hull ship.

STEP 5:  Handle termites and finish the hull ship.

STEP 6: Prepare the mast, sails, ropes and decorations.

STEP 7:  Stretch the mast and sail

STEP 8:  Model ships completed
